Once again, the turn of the seasons are upon us. Wishing you a blessed late summer as we enter into the precious and beautiful time of Autumn. May the wisdom of impermanence and grace be upon you.
We feel the peak of the bloom and height of adventure of the Summer season is coming to it's natural resolution. It's time to reflect and ground as things naturally begin to fall away and return to the Earth.

I spent 15 years as a childrens music and movement specialist.
It was here I reclaimed the joy of singing just for the sheer delight of it and my life has been ever enriched ever since. You will always find me encouraging people to explore the power of their voice.
1. Vagus nerve. Sound vibrates it through the throat. Vagal tone is your off-switch for stress.
2. Respirar — to breathe, from spiritus, spirit. Same root. A held note stretches the exhale; a long exhale settles the body.

This sound journey is unique from the others. Instead of melody, it focuses on drones, layered sounds, and the perfect fifth - going deeper and deeper into one sound: OM.
Instrumentation includes male and female shruti box, a 30in chau gong, a deep singing bowl selection, and the human voice.
